Terms Of Purchase

When placing an order with us, you agree to the terms of use and terms of purchase as set out on our site ("TOU" and "TOP"). Please note that we may amend the TOU and TOP from time to time. You should read the TOU and TOP carefully before you place an order. 

 

Orders

Orders are subject to availability. Once you place an order you will receive an email confirmation that we have received your order. This email is only a confirmation of receipt and can not be treated as legally binding. At this point Stress95.com will still reservere the right to cancel the order if there appear to be an error in availability or pricing.

Items with a release date and/or are limited has a one pair per customer/order limit. Multiple orders are subject to being cancelled without notice. 

We reserve the right to not accept any orders at our sole discretion.

 

Cancelations/Changes to orders

We strive to deliver your order as soon as possible and process all orders as soon as we receive them. Therefore we are not able to make changes to your order.

If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so as long as it has not been processed by us. Please let us know within 15 minutes after placing your order by sending us an email to shop@stress95.com and make sure that you include your order number/ID.

Orders that are already processed can not be cancelled and customer is responsible to arrange return within the cooling-off period of 14 days. Note that orders that are returned to us after the collection deadline has expired will be invoiced NOK 200 for shipping and administration fees. 

 

Holidays and High Seasons

During holidays and high season (i.e. sales periods) we have limited opportunity to contact you if an order is not complete (sold out items). If any items on your order is unavailable, we will send out those we have in stock and credit the amount for the missing item. You will receive an email with the new receipt for your purchase. 

Free shipping does not apply during sales periods no matter the quantity in the orders. 

 

Prices

Prices are shown on the site in NOK, EUR, USD and GBP depending on the currency selected. Prices are as advertised from time to time. Should there be an error in the pricing of a product, we will notify you as soon as possible and we reserve the right to cancel your order. 

 

All prices are shown without shipping charges. For customers outside Norway prices are displayed without VAT. Purchases done outside Norway may be subject to import charges and taxes. Please note that Stress does not accept any responsibility for any such charges or taxes. Any import duties, taxes and VAT will be invoiced directly to the customer from DHL or your local customs office. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before ordering to determine such cost prior to placing an order. 

 

Payments

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express and you can also pay with PayPal, Klarna and Vipps (Norwegian customers). You will find more details under Payments.

 

Faulty Goods

Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident, or through misuse will not be considered faulty.

If your purchase is or becomes defective, you may be entitled to a claim within two years from the date of the purchase. 

Please contact us at help@stress95.com with the subject "Claim". Include your order number/ID, as well as pictures of the product showing the defect and description. Processing a claim can take up to 14 days and we will contact you after we have processed. 

In the event of the item being faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund provided that you notify us of your complaint in accordance with applicable regulations. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item at shop@stress95.com, and include your order number/ID, description and pictures of the defect.
